Jim Sirbasku, Profiles International  

Jim Sirbasku - Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Action oriented and visionary, Jim Sirbasku has worked to make Profiles International, Inc., the industry leader in providing business, government, and other organizations modern occupational evaluation tools that optimize human resources. As Profiles’ CEO, Sirbasku expanded the company's marketing efforts and introduced innovative new products designed to give information that will help companies maximize human potential.

Sirbasku has a vast amount of experience as a leader, manager, motivator, and trainer in a variety of businesses. Recognized as one of America's most experienced sales and marketing authorities, he has trained thousands of people. Prior to founding Profiles, he led a company with more than 500 employees and over 2,000 franchised representatives, both domestic and international.

One of America's most enthusiastic speakers, Sirbasku has addressed hundreds of audiences from coast to coast and at international conventions. As a spokesman for the free-enterprise system, Jim is a champion of the individual and promotes the cause of developing human potential. He believes that the opportunity for ambitious people to own their own business is the key to unlocking the "American Dream".

In addition to his busy business schedule, Jim makes time for community service. He has headed and served on many committees and boards in Central Texas and across the nation. In 2001, he was inducted into the Sales and Marketing Executives International Academy of Achievement Hall of Fame.


Bud Haney, Profiles International  

Bud Haney - Co-Founder, President and Chief Financial Officer
President and co-founder of Profiles International, Inc., Bud Haney strives to excel and win at everything he does, a competitive spirit left over from his days of playing professional baseball. In 1991, Haney along with long-time business associate, Jim Sirbasku, began Profiles, a leading developer and supplier of occupational assessment instruments that help clients optimize their human resources.

Haney spearheads the company's strategic marketing efforts. His efforts have increased Profiles’ ability to serve the growing needs of business and industry worldwide.

A native of Galveston, Texas, Haney attended Sam Houston State University on a baseball scholarship where he received an accounting degree. He was a four-time All-American. After college, Haney was signed by the Kansas City Athletics and played three professional seasons until suffering a career-ending injury.

He was both a teacher and a high school baseball coach for two years and then worked with his family-owned heating and air conditioning business while studying to become a Certified Public Accountant.

Haney’s success in forming his own Human Resource business lead to an executive position and ultimately the presidency of an international company. He was inducted into the Sales and Marketing Executives International Academy of Achievement Hall of Fame in 2001.


Al Rainaldi, Profiles International  
Al Rainaldi - Executive Vice President, Chief Learning Officer and Chief Sales Officer  
As Executive Vice President, Al Rainaldi is responsible for Profile’s alliance partnerships as well as long range strategic planning. Rainaldi works with senior vice presidents accountable for the success of the company’s seven sales divisions. He joined Profiles shortly after its inception in 1991.

Prior to joining the company, Rainaldi operated a management consulting and training business helping more than 150 clients maximize the productivity of their employees. His clients included firms such as Alcoa, The Prudential, USX and Westinghouse. For eighteen years Rainaldi owned and operated National Coal and Construction, Inc., a business he founded. His business achievements and successful transition from the coal industry into franchised business were featured in Success magazine.

Rainaldi attended the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Southern California at Fullerton. He served in the United States Air Force.

Rainaldi is both a sought after keynote speaker and trainer. Over the course of his career, he has trained thousands in sales techniques, marketing, leadership and life goals and planning. He coordinated and served as Master of Ceremonies at eleven consecutive Profiles International, Inc. conferences. He developed and served as program leader/ presenter of an accredited course for a national association of long term healthcare administrators.

Rainaldi has accomplished certification as a Miller Heiman trainer in both “Conceptual Selling” and “Strategic Selling” as well as accreditation by Sales and Marketing Executives International Accreditation Board of Trustees as a Certified Marketing Executive (CME). He has completed training in Socratic Selling.

He was honored by Success Motivation Institute (SMI) as “Motivator of the Year” and as a SMI President’s Honor Club winner.
He has developed, authored and presented numerous proprietary programs ranging from leadership topics to professional sales and marketing, each developed for publication, presentation and training.

Joe Kister, Profiles International Inc.  

Joe Kistner - Chief Operating Officer (COO)
An experienced leader with an operational and technical background, Joe Kistner directs multiple areas of responsibility that impact Profiles’ corporate operations including Production, Information Technology and Product Development. He coordinates the integration of outside vendors and project managers for the direction of E-commerce and enhances development of the corporate infrastructure from technology resources to end product. Kistner is skilled in channeling new products from concept through production to sales. Through the Operations Division, he coordinates corporate expenditures with accounting.

During a six-year stint in the U.S. Navy, Kistner received technical training in electronics that led to a 10-year career with a large semiconductor equipment manufacturer. He designed computer and automation systems, later becoming a production manager responsible for a 700-employee facility.

In 1991, Kistner joined Profiles International, Inc., as an Area Dealer in Massachusetts where he developed not only Massachusetts but also all of New England into the number one market. He joined the Profiles corporate staff in 1994 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and in 1999, was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales. Kistner was moved into the role of Operations in November of 1999 to meet the company’s growing technology and operational needs.
