Profiles Antigua Inc, was established in 2000 to help organizations strengthen their human resources sectors. The company is the Profiles International representative through Profiles Caribbean Inc. The company profile includes Human Resources Management, Management Consulting, Marketing Research and Consulting, and Quality Consulting. Dr. Vincent Richards and Dr. Errol Samuel are the chief executives of the firm. Dr. Richards holds a B.A. (First Class Honours), Carleton University, M.A., Carleton University, M.A., Cornell University, Ph.D., Cornell University. While, Dr. Samuel holds a B.S. Bowling Green State University, M.Ed., Bowling Green State University, Ph. D., Indiana State University. Dr. Richards has over 30 years experience in the fields of project management, human resources management, economic and policy research, information technology and business management. He has also lectured and undertook research at several universities and research institutes in the Caribbean, Canada, and the USA, including Visiting Assistant Professor of Business Economics & Public Policy at the School of Business, Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, USA; Lecturer in Strategic Planning & Management at the University of the West Indies (UWI), EMBA Programme, Barbados; Visiting Research Fellow at the Institute of Social and Economic Research (ISER), UWI, Mona, Jamaica; and Lecturer in International Economics at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. He has written and published on several subjects in management, economics, and information technology. He is an Adjunct Professor of Union Institute & University, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. Dr. Samuel is our human resources and quality expert. Dr. Samuel has extensive expertise in human resources management, technology systems, technology education and training, quality systems, technology management, project management and ISO 9000 implementation and training. Dr. Samuel is recently completed his Ph. D. in Technology Management with Indiana State University, Terre Haute, Indiana. His technical specialization is Quality Systems (Quality Management, Engineering and Technology). He has been involved in most of the Human Resources intervention projects of Profiles Antigua Inc. Over the last four years, Dr. Samuel has taught advanced university courses in Quality Management and Quality Assurance with the College of Technology at Bowling Green State University, Ohio, USA. In addition he has been engaged in a number of quality intervention projects in companies in the United States. Further, he has written, published, and presented on technology and quality systems related subjects. He is an Adjunct Professor of Union Institute & University, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.
