		Profiles GB Ltd was set up in 2007 with the exclusive rights to distribute Profiles assessments within England, Scotland and Wales through its network of Strategic Business Partners. Although the UK is regarded as a mature market, there are still over 50% of companies of all sizes that rarely or never use assessments. With our target market of smaller employers this number is considerably higher and provides Profiles GB with a perfect opportunity to make its mark on the market. Britain has the capacity for around 100 full time Strategic Business Partners and is actively recruiting to build on a good existing base of SBP's and reach that target.
Most Company Annual Reports state that their people are their greatest asset but every day businesses employ sales people who cannot sell, customer service representatives who frustrate customers and managers who cannot manage. Profiles Great Britain is working with these businesses all over the country to help them to improve this situation and, ultimately, their bottom lines.
