		Founded in 2000, the Hungarian office of Profiles International was one of the first established in Central Europe, providing human management solutions for multinational companies and governmental institutions in Hungary. Supporting a new leadership approach, Profiles International Hungary services the management of various organizations with the necessary, renewable information. The company’s efforts and results were validated by the fact that the European Conference of Profiles International was held in Budapest in 2002.
In addition to more effective solutions for employee selection, Profiles International Hungary now offers Hungarian companies a complete assessment and development center. Our main goal is to provide easy-to-use online and offline methods for employee assessments of all purposes. Profiles International Hungary recently achieved significant professional progress by adapting and validating all assessments against Hungarian norms. The mission of Profiles International Hungary that drives its activity and function is to move towards a society where individual human capital can be realized and matched with the challenges that Hungarian companies face. As National Director, Julia Trizna is responsible for marketing operation activities of Profiles International in Hungary. She has a strong marketing and international management background, with 10 years in tourism marketing and 17 years in international project management for various Hungarian institutions. A native Hungarian, Trizna has both a degree in Philology and a second degree in Economy from the Budapest University of Economics.
