Karen Harty

Vice President of Sales, Enterprise Solutions

Karen is Regional Vice President of Enterprise Solutions for Profiles International. She has over twenty-five years experience in talent management and has worked both as a practitioner and provider to organizations as diverse as Cisco Systems, BNSF, and Providence Health and Services. What she's found is that while each organization has its unique culture and challenges, all organizations share the same goal: to understand and leverage talent. And therein lies her passion – working with clients to improve business results through a better utilization of their people. Ms. Harty's experience includes regional leadership positions with DDI, MOHR Development, and Age Wave, Inc. She also owned and operated her own sales training and marketing consulting company for eight years. She has an MA in English from SFSU and is author of Fifty and Starting Over. Karen lives in Portland, OR, and works with clients throughout the West Coast.

Deiric McCann

Sr. Vice President & Consultant to the International Division

Deiric McCann has been developing the Profiles business in Europe and Southeast Asia since joining the company in 1998. In 2006 he was promoted to his present position and works with a network of 19 National Directors in the European Union and two National Directors in Southeast Asia.

Mr. McCann is the coauthor of the new book Leadership Charisma, and author of these three highly successful business books: Winning Business Proposals, The Customer Continuum, and The Business Bathroom Bible, which rose to number eight on the list of best-selling business books in Ireland. He has also written more than 1,000 articles that have been published in European business publications.

Anthony Pantaleone

Vice President of Sales, Enterprise Solutions

Anthony joined Profiles International in 1991. His primary responsibilities are to partner with Profiles International clients throughout the world to help them with their talent management objectives. Throughout his career with Profiles International he has earned numerous professional training certificates. His sales performance accolades include an induction into the Profiles Founders’ Club and recognition for having one of the top sales territories in North America.

Mr. Pantaleone holds a BS in accounting from Rutgers University, School of Business along with a CME (Certified Marketing Executive - a designation of sales professionalism and business ethics) from The Accreditation Institute of Sales and Marketing Executives International. He also received a Certificate of Sales Excellence in Strategic and Conceptual Selling from Miller Heiman.

Kenneth L. Peek, Jr.

Sr. Vice President & Consultant to the Educational Services & Government Solutions Divisions

Ken Peek provides leadership and direction to Profiles’ Government Solutions Department, which interfaces with federal government agencies, including military departments, state and local government agencies, and private sector businesses. He oversees the execution of his department’s marketing plans and leads his staff in the achievement of their sales goals.

General Peek, who is a three-star general, joined Profiles International in 2003 following a 35-year career in the United States Air Force and 10 years with Chrysler Technologies Airborne Systems. At the time of his retirement from the Air Force, he was Vice Commander and Chief of Strategic Air Command. As a command pilot, General Peek had more than 6,000 hours of flying time. He has served as a consultant to Boeing Aircraft; Burdeshaw and Associates, Ltd., a defense consulting firm; Innovative Technologies in Columbus, Ohio; and IEC International in London.

General Peek is a Distinguished Alumni of Indiana State University and has received the Order of the Sword, a military honor presented to him by non-commissioned officers. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and a masters degree from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania.

Joseph Neglia

Sr. Vice President – International Development

Dr. Joseph Neglia is responsible for the recruitment of National Directors and Strategic Business Partners worldwide. A native of Italy, Dr. Neglia has lived in 14 countries and is fluent in five languages. Prior to joining Profiles International in 1993, Dr. Neglia was executive vice president for a motivation company for two years and the top personal producer for 10 consecutive years. He is a Sales and Marketing Executives International Certified Marketing Executive.

An accomplished musician and vocalist, Dr. Neglia is the former Conductor of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra. In addition, he was the Dean of American Guild of Organists (AGO), Metropolitan Chapter, NY/NJ, and cofounder of the New Jersey Boys Chorus.
