Vice President, Sales
Mrs. Painter joined Profiles in 2005. Her strength and skill is in providing exceptional service to clients with 1,000 or more employees, and creating successful global implementation plans. She manages the staging of outstandingly effective client workshops that produce measurable returns on investment, that prove the efficiency and value of implementing Profiles’ products and services.
In her position, Mrs. Painter is a trusted advisor to twenty Fortune 500 companies and other clients. She helps her enterprise clients develop successful strategies and solutions to their business needs.
Mrs. Painter has a BA in sociology, with a minor in business administration, and an MA in organizational management.
Vice President of Strategic Business Partner Sales
Mr. Cochran joined Profiles International in 2014. He previously served as the Global Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Training for Jostens Inc., the world’s largest class ring and yearbook manufacturer. He has over 25 years of executive sales, marketing, and leadership experience, in companies including Thomson Corporation, Perot Systems, LaVie Care Systems, and Career Education Corporation.
Mr. Cochran specializes in team leadership, business metric design and implementation, and business process optimization, and holds a BSBA in Management and Organization from the University of Miami in Florida.
Scott Hamilton, PhD
For more than thirty-five years, Dr. Hamilton has served as a consultant to businesses in human resources, personnel evaluation and selection, strategic planning, information systems, cost accounting, and management development. He has also held positions as a staff psychologist for the State Department of Mental Health, a corporate comptroller, and a psychotherapist in a private practice.
Dr. Hamilton is a published author in the field, and has directed research for both national and international audiences. His graduate education is in counseling and clinical psychology with minors in research. He is a renowned public speaker, and has conducted effective business workshops in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He has also served as a board member for several organizations. He is a former Chairman of the Industrial/Organizational Division of the Association of Test Publishers, and a past member of their Board of Directors.
Amanda E. Howard, PhD
Dr. Amanda Howard joined the Profiles Department of Research & Development in 2011. Her team is responsible for ensuring psychometric validation of Profiles’ suite of products for use in over 120 countries, providing consultative and data analytic support to the sales and service teams, producing thought capital focused on current issues in workforce management, and developing innovative and customized product solutions addressing client needs.
Dr. Howard holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Baylor University with a doctoral minor in statistics, specializing in experimental design. Her post-doctoral education includes research fellowships in business development and marketing in the Keller Center for Research and MBA program from Baylor’s Hankamer School of Business. Dr. Howard’s work has been published in Applied Cognitive Psychology, Applied Psychology in Criminal Justice, Keller Center Research Report, and the Encyclopedia of Human Behavior. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Inc.
