Coca-Cola to Host Profiles International Assessment Certification Workshop

Baton Rouge, LA. February 12, 2014 – Global assessment solutions provider, Profiles International, will hold a three-day Client Certification Workshop, hosted by Coca-Cola Bottling Company United, Inc., from March 25-27 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The workshop will be conducted by Profiles International’s Chief Science Officer, Dr. Scott Hamilton, and assessment experts Philip Shuler, VP of Enterprise Solutions Services, and Jennifer Branch, Strategic Account Manager, Enterprise Solutions Services.

“Helping our clients improve their talent management decisions through the use of assessments is one of the primary areas of our business,” said Bud Haney, CEO and Chairman of Profiles International. “We emphasize certification for those who use and administer our assessments because using them incorrectly can have adverse results. But if you know what you’re doing, the impact can be tremendous.”

“One of the highlights of the assessment workshop is the certification training,” said Dr. Hamilton. “A well-informed user with a valid and reliable product will have a significantly better result than someone who is casual about it.”

During the training, clients will learn scientific elements behind assessments, such as validity and reliability. Additionally, attendees will learn how to use assessment solutions for maximum impact within their own organizations.

After completing the workshop, attendees will receive their assessment certification, and will be eligible to receive one HRCI credit. In addition to acquiring new credentials, the event will provide clients with opportunities to network with peers. For more information, visit the event website or view the workshop agenda.
