Profiles International France is dedicated to helping businesses and organizations of all sizes increase productivity and quality through human capital information. The founder of the company, Bertrand Dunou, has extensive and successful general management experience in both middle sized and Fortune 100 global companies in industrial, control and aerospace industries.

During his career Bertrand developed a passion for continuous profitable growth and performance increase through process improvement, people selection, employee motivation & development, organizational development, and partnerships with vendors & customers.

Bertrand also gained experience with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (Certified Examiner in a Fortune 100 company for a Quality Program based on Malcolm Baldrige assessment) and 6 Sigma (Certified Green Belt). He and his team also successfully contributed to several restructurings and turn around operations of companies.

In 2001, he founded Anthem Consulting Group in North Phoenix, Arizona, and became a Strategic Business Partner of Profiles International in the USA. A few months later, along with several long-time business partners, Bertrand established Profiles International France to adapt, validate and offer Profiles International evaluations tools and processes in France.
