• Background Checks

  When applicants’ abilities and personality were tested, employers found they were hiring the right people just 54 percent of the time.
• Interest Assessments
  The study also considered interest assessments to see how a candidate’s personal interests had an effect on job fit. This raised the successful hiring rate to 66 percent.
• Job Match Assessments
  The study found that the most impressive and successful assessments integrate a combination of factors, and also include the concept of job match.
