Easily Customized Our assessments have the functionality to create job match patterns that are customized to fit your company and its corporate culture. Job match patterns are used to ensure the people you hire will have many of the same job-related attributes as your proven performers.
Dedicated Client ServiceOur Client Service Executives completely train our clients on every aspect of using assessments. Upon becoming a Profiles client, you are assigned a Client Service Executive to show you how to utilize each product to its full extent. With Profiles, you are never in the situation of not knowing how to use something you have bought. Over time, our clients become experts in getting the most from assessments.
Delivery SystemWe provide our clients with their own virtual Profiles Assessment Center (PAC) that can be integrated into any Applicant Management System (AMS) or Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Each PAC and all assessments are branded with your company name. In effect, this means you have a virtual recruiting office, employment office, and HR department that is available from anywhere in the world.
