Profiles Sales Assessment ™

Profiles Sales Assessment ™ is a pre-employment screening tool used for selecting the right candidates for your sales organization, and motivating them to increase sales performance. This tool draws upon ‘job modeling’ which leverages data from your top-performing sales people in specific sales jobs in your organization to identify traits that separate them from everyone else so you can optimize the hiring profile for your sales people and account managers. The Profiles Sales CheckPoint ™ is a 180- feedback assessment used to evaluate the skills and effectiveness of your sales people, understand their developmental opportunities, and align priorities to improve employee performance. This assessment compiles feedback from their manager, which is compared to their own feedback. The combined feedback outlines perceived abilities in skills deemed critical success factors to do the job effectively.
